Case study:
Researchers fabricated an organic thin-film transistor on a highly flexible textile substrate. In subsequent stages, this transistor will be used for reading sensor data in an adjacent sensor network. The study examines how the transistor’s performance changes under slight textile stretching and varying temperatures. Using the Keithley parameter analyzer, the full characteristics of the transistor under different environmental conditions are mapped, providing confidence in their suitability for future applications.
