MOVPE grow site-controlled quantum dots


Arrays of site-controlled quantum dots can be grown within a broad range of parameters and specifications.

Technical specifications:

Arrays can be designed in hexagonal arrays with different pitches, from 5 to 12.5 microns. Several dots can be stacked (e.g. 2-10) in both material systems available, the InGaAs/GaAs and AlGaAs/GaAs. 

Dot coupling engineering is possible.

Diode structures are possible
